Itinerary Description: Camp Crossfire 1 Night Luxury Stay Package

Package Schedule:

DAY 01: Arrival & Comfort

  • 12:00 PM – Check-in to Luxury Camp / Cottage
  • Welcome drink & relax at the property.
  • Camp briefing and allotment.
  • From 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm, enjoy a hot lunch at the River View Bamboo Hut restaurant.
  • Enjoy riverside walk / in-house activities or Kids can enjoy open play area / soft games
  • 4:00 PM – Evening Tea & Cookies
  • Light in-house family activities (indoor games, small nature walk)
  • 7:30 PM – Family Bonfire Session with Music & Snacks.
  • 9:00 PM – Delicious Family Dinner (Veg / Non-Veg options)
  • Overnight stay at a luxury camp/cottages.

Day 2: Fresh Morning & Departure

  • 7:30 AM – Morning Tea with cookies.
  • Guided nature walks near the river Ganges.
  • 8:30 AM – Healthy Breakfast for the family
  • 10:00 AM – Check-out with happy memories
  • 1 Night luxury camping/cottages accommodation, near the river shores, ends here, with the sweet memories.

Inclusions

    • One Night Accommodation on a multiple-sharing basis
    • 1 Veg Lunch, 1 Dinner (with 1 Non-Veg dish), and 1 Breakfast
    • Morning tea/coffee
    • Daily evening high tea with veg pakoras/Fries
    • Evening Outdoor Music with Lights (7 PM to 10 PM)
    • Complimentary riverside trekking on Request
    • Free use of the swimming pool.
    • Evening Bonfire (October to March as per weather conditions)
    • Outdoor Game Equipment available for Volleyball, Cricket, and Badminton.

Exclusions

    • Any transportation or transfers to and from the campsite.
    • Any personal expenses, such as laundry, phone calls, or additional snacks.
    • Any beverages other than the welcome drink and tea/coffee mentioned in the inclusions.
    • Extra meals, room service, or food items not included in the package plan.
    • Adventure activities, river rafting, guided tours, or any activity that is not mentioned under inclusions.
    • Medical expenses or travel insurance.
    • Anything that is not mentioned in the inclusions.

Important Information for Guests

    • To reach Camp Crossfire, guests must climb approximately 100 stairs from the main road.
    • 🚫 Not suitable or recommended for senior citizens, guests with knee/respiratory issues, or anyone with mobility-related medical conditions.
    • Our luxury camps will have an attached washroom in every tent.
    • Air coolers will be available in every tent.
    • Bucket: Hot water available in the Camps.
    • Heater/Geyser is only available in AC Cottages in Winter.
    • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
    • Music timings of the camps are 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Terms and Conditions

  • Confirmation Policy

    The customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful booking and payment.

    Camp Crossfire – Cancellation Policy

    If the cancellation is made 15 days or more before the travel date, no cancellation charges will apply.

    If the cancellation is made between 7 and 15 days before the travel date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

    If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the travel date, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

    Note:

    In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather, union issues, government restrictions, or any situation beyond human control, certain activities or the entire trip may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible arrangements or rescheduling options will be provided; however, cash refunds will not be issued.

Loved the vibe! Ideal place for a family getaway. My first camping trip in Rishikesh with Camp Crossfire turned out way better than I imagined. The staff handled everything so well. Absolutely worth every penny!
