Terms about the cleanliness of camp and nearby places.
During your stay, you are expected to take care of the accommodation provided to you by Camp Crossfire. On your departure, you agree to a) to leave your accommodation in the same condition of cleanliness and tidiness as at the commencement of your stay (b) to pay for any loss or damage caused by you, during your occupation.
Any items moved from other camps must be returned to the appropriate camp before departure. Camps must be secured (all lights and water turned off) upon departure. Camp Crossfire reserves the right to charge you for any loss, damage, or extra cleaning to our property during or after your stay. Do not throw your wastes anywhere outside or near the river.
Terms about swimming pool’s timings and uses.
You should take all reasonable care and obey the swimming pool rules displayed at the poolside. You are responsible for your safety and the safety of your children while using the pool as it is unsupervised. No lifeguard is in attendance. Children under the age of 16 years and those people of any age who cannot swim must be supervised. The swimming pool remains open all the time.
Terms about smoking inside the tent and common area.
Smoking is not allowed inside any tent, and Camp Crossfire reserves the right to charge for costs of cleaning and redecoration if this provision is breached. Smoking is however allowed in the outside areas but avoid smoking in the common areas.
Terms about the riverside visit.
To avoid any mishappening during your visit to the riverside, make sure you follow your guide and do not go near high tide areas. Carelessness can cause loss of life or permanent injury. Camp Crossfire will not be responsible for any negligence on your part.
Terms about advance and balance payment
All reservations are deemed tentative till an advance of 50% payment is received. The 50% of advance payment is to be disbursed within one day (24 Hrs cut off) of making a reservation. Balance Payment of 50% should be remitted two days before arrival. If the advance payment is not received within the specified time, the reservation stands canceled. Family groups – Full and final payment on booking for confirmation of the trip.
Terms of cancellation.
The last rafting session of the day will start at 1.30 PM. The day’s rafting trip will be canceled if the arrival is later than 1.00 pm. We regret we cannot compensate where the performance of our duty is affected by force majeure, any incident which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, anticipate or avoid.
Such events may include war, terrorist activity, unexpected government acts, riots, civil strife, natural disaster, border closures, fire, road closures, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, land and air travel, extreme weather conditions, and other similar incidents beyond our capability to manage.
The company follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid will be adjusted against future trips.
Prior information of any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Camp Majestic reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable). If the cancellation is made: –
Two weeks in advance 25% Cancellation charge.
One week in advance 50% Cancellation charge.
Less than a week 100% Cancellation charge.
Cancellation by Us
In the event of Camp Crossfire having to cancel a booking for any reason whatsoever, its liability will be limited to all monies paid by you to Camp Crossfire in respect of that booking up to and including the date of cancellation. These monies shall be returned to you, as soon as possible, upon any such cancellation occurs.
For clarity, in no event shall Camp Crossfire be liable for any special, indirect or consequential, costs, damages, charges or expenses incurred or suffered by you as a result of any such cancellation or for any of the following losses whether incurred directly or indirectly: pure economic loss, loss of business, goodwill, reputation or profits.
